Canberra International Airport welcomes feedback on aircraft noise issues and its attempts to mitigate aircraft noise in Canberra and region community. We also respond promptly to any noise complaints that members of the community may have.

Airservices Australia are able to provide detailed information on the aircraft causing disturbance using their flight tracking software. Canberra International Airport receives a monthly statement from Airservices Australia detailing all noise complaints around Canberra Airport.
