Strong demand for A-grade office buildings in Canberra’s technology corridor and defence hub has led to a proposed new office development at 6 Brindabella Circuit, Brindabella Park.
This will be Capital Airport Group’s second proposed, major, office development in the last twelve months. This follows the proposal for 25 Catalina Drive, Majura Park and the successful leasing of two buildings to the Department of Home Affairs for additional office space and the Australian Cyber Security Centre, both located in Brindabella Park.
6 Brindabella Circuit will accommodate up to 21,000 sq metres of A grade office space (NLA) across six floors above a basement carpark and will comply with the Green Building Council of Australia’s environmental principles.
A Major Development Plan (MDP) is required by the Airports Act 1996 and will be open for public consultation for 60 business days. The consultation period closes on 28 November 2018.
