Celebrating International Women's Day 2019 we reflect on strong women in our industry supporting each other. Our very own Gabbie Foster, Melissa Foreman and Melissa Evans are our powerhouse empowering our Marketing, Communication and Event team. "For me International Women’s Day is about paying tribute to the incredible women role models I have had in my career, whilst also looking to the future" says Melissa Evans. "I always consider how I can support the advancement of talented women within my own team and our industry - It’s about strong women supporting each other."

Jennifer | Regulatory Compliance Officer

The future is exciting. We celebrate our strong and powerful women in Aviation ahead of International Women's Day 2019. Our very own Jennifer Thornhill is a Regulatory Compliance Officer who ensures the airport meets all the stringent standards and requirements to manage an airport. "I love showing that gender plays no part in the doing this role and it never should.", says Jennifer. "It's is all about the calibre of the person. I enjoy doing the job I do as it is challenging, interesting and I am always learning something new."

Sarah | Aviation Electrician

If Sarah can do it, you can do it. Meet Sarah, one of our Aviation Electricians who believes that any woman wanting to pursue a trades profession is more than capable of doing so.The future is exciting! Celebrating International Women's Day 2019 #balanceforbetter

Happy 2019 International Women's Day to all the strong and powerful women in business and the property/construction industry. Our very own Karlien Bentley is a Project Manager at Denman Prospect working on the Denman Village Shops, which recently achieved the exciting milestone of 'practical completion'. "The construction/property industry can be a challenging industry, but without challenges we don't grow as individuals", says Karlien. "It’s a great feeling to see a project grow through the design stages in boardrooms, to construction and final completion on site… it’s very rewarding".
