This may include your full name, contact details (including email address, phone number and address), employer details, business information, financial information, identification information and other information requested by us.

- communicate with you about property, leasing and tenancy matters; and

- related bodies corporate of CAG;
- property managers, real estate agents, legal advisers, consultants (including architects, engineers, builders, surveyors, security consultants and other professional advisers), contractors and service providers who assist with leasing, tenancy negotiations, tenancy suitability assessments, fit-out, design, construction, property management and other property related services;
- credit reporting, verification and due diligence providers (where applicable); and
- regulators, government agencies or authorities when required by law.
If you opt in to receive marketing, we collect your personal information in order to send you news about opportunities at CAG, including the Newsletter. You may unsubscribe from these communications at any time using the unsubscribe link included in our communications.
If you do not provide the requested personal information, we may be unable to assess your application, enter into an agreement with you, respond to your enquiry or provide property-related services.
Even if you opt-out of receiving our marketing, we will still contact you if we are required to do so by law or for the purposes of managing or selling a property.
