When you register for an event, Canberra Airport Pty Limited ACN 080 361 548, Capital Airport Group Pty Limited ACN 080 711 191 and its related entities (we, our, us, CAG) will collect your personal information. This may include your full name, contact details (including email address, phone number and address) and other information requested on the form).
We collect your personal information to:
- manage registrations, bookings and attendance for events, activities and programs at Canberra Airport, Airport Business Parks, Denman Prospect, Constitution Place and Majura Park Shopping Centre;
- communicate with you about event logistics, changes, cancellations and updates;
- facilitate your participation in the relevant event or activity; and
- contact you about events, competitions, promotions and community initiatives
We may disclose your personal information to:
- related bodies corporate of CAG and service providers who assist with delivering, administering and managing the relevant event or activity; and
- regulators or authorities when required by law
If you opt in to receive marketing, we collect your personal information in order to send you news about opportunities at CAG or one of its related entities, including the Newsletters/community updates. You may unsubscribe from these communications at any time using the unsubscribe link included in our communications.
If you do not provide the requested personal information, we will be unable to process your registration, facilitate your participation in the relevant event or activity and/or send you marketing communications.
Even if you opt out of receiving our marketing, we will still contact you if we are required to do so by law or for the purposes of administering or managing the relevant event or activity
