Canberra Airport to hold emergency exercise

Canberra Airport is holding an emergency exercise, Wednesday 6 November, from approximately 2 pm until 6 pm.

The purpose of the exercise is to test Canberra Airport’s Emergency Plan, and will involve a response from various emergency services agencies including Police, Emergency Services and the Fire Brigade.

Members of the public are advised that additional vehicles and emergency services personnel at or around Canberra Airport during this time, are associated with this exercise, and there is no need for concern.
