Canberra Airport and Link Airways are pleased to announce the return of direct seasonal services between Canberra and Coffs Harbour, with flights commencing on Thursday 10 September 2026.

The popular seasonal route will operate on Thursday and Sunday each week through to January 2027, providing Canberrans with a convenient gateway to the stunning Mid North Coast during spring, summer and the Christmas holiday period. Canberra Airport's Head of Aviation, Michael Thomson, welcomed Link Airways' continued commitment to the seasonal route. "We're delighted that Link Airways has once again committed to operating their seasonal direct services between Canberra and Coffs Harbour." "The route has proven popular with travellers seeking an easy coastal getaway, and these flights provide a convenient alternative to long drives while connecting two important regional communities." "Whether it's a beach holiday, visiting friends and family, or exploring everything the Coffs Coast has to offer, this service makes travel simpler and more accessible for our region," Mr Thomson said. The service will also provide an opportunity for residents of the Coffs Coast to visit Canberraand experience the capital's nationally significant attractions, major events, dining precincts and cultural institutions.


Link Airways Manager of Network Strategy, Jeff Boyd, said the airline was pleased to continue operating the route.
"We have seen strong support for the Canberra Coffs Harbour service and are pleased to be bringing the route back for another season." "Direct regional air services play an important role in connecting communities, supporting
tourism and providing travellers with greater choice and convenience," Mr Boyd said. ACT Chief Minister and Minister for Tourism and Trade, Andrew Barr welcomed the announcement by Canberra Airport and Link Airways that the Canberra to Coffs Harbour service will again connect the two cities, returning from September.
