When you make a parking booking, submit a parking enquiry, create a parking account or otherwise use Canberra Airport parking services, Canberra Airport Pty Limited ACN 080 361 548, Capital Airport Group Pty Limited ACN 080 711 191 and its related entities (we, our, us, CAG) will collect your personal information. This may include your full name, post code, email address, phone number, payment details, vehicle registration number, booking information, travel details and other information requested by us.
Our parking facilities and associated areas may also be monitored by CCTV and vehicle recognition technologies. We may collect images of vehicles and vehicle registration information for safety, security, operational and parking management purposes. This approach is consistent with Canberra Airport's security and surveillance activities.
We collect your personal information to:
- process parking bookings and payments;
- provide and manage parking services;
- verify bookings and vehicle access;
- respond to enquiries and customer service requests;
- manage security, safety and operational requirements; and
- investigate incidents, disputes and potential misuse of parking facilities.
We may disclose your personal information to:
- related bodies corporate of CAG;
- parking operators, payment processors and technology service providers who assist us to provide parking services;
- security providers and contractors; and
- regulators, law enforcement agencies or authorities when required by law.
If you opt in to receive marketing, we collect your personal information in order to send you news about opportunities at CAG, including the Newsletter. You may unsubscribe from these communications at any time using the unsubscribe link included in our communications.
If you do not provide the requested personal information, we may be unable to process your booking, provide parking services or respond to your enquiry.
Even if you opt-out of receiving our marketing, we will still contact you if we are required to do so by law or for the purposes of managing the property.
