Hug it out and drive on out

​Domestic and international passengers can be dropped off in front of Canberra Airport by using the upper level ring road.

You can only stay here a couple of minutes though; so please say a quick farewell and keep driving.

For longer goodbyes, drop your passengers off with their luggage right at the kerb and then head to the nearest car park.​

Please note: Parking, pick-ups, and leaving unattended vehicles are not allowed on the upper-level ring road due to security measures. This area is actively monitored, and violators may face penalties.
