This may include your full name, email address, phone number, travel information (where relevant) and other information requested on the form.

- investigate and resolve issues raised by you;
- communicate with you regarding your enquiry;
- improve our services and customer experience; and

If you do not provide the requested personal information, we may be unable to process your booking, provide parking services or respond to your enquiry.
Even if you opt-out of receiving our marketing, we will still contact you if we are required to do so by law or for the purposes of managing the property.
